FamQuest is a family task-management app that may be used by children under parental supervision, including children under 13, as part of a household account managed by a parent or legal guardian (the "Family Admin"). We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).We do not serve personalized advertising to any user. All advertising in the app is configured for child-directed treatment (via Google AdMob's tagForChildDirectedTreatment and tagForUnderAgeOfConsent settings), meaning ads shown are non-personalized and comply with applicable child safety advertising standards, regardless of the user's age.Only a parent or legal guardian (Family Admin) can create a family account.
